Why choose rental?

Rental is a simple way to equip your home with appliances and TVs,

it includes a full package of support and local service for a low monthly payment.

If you have a problem with your rental product you just call us on our local rate number

(no waiting on hold with call centres) and we will come to your home to repair or replace it at no additional cost to you, usually within 48 hours of you reporting the problem to us.

After the minimum period of rental (12 or 17 months) you can also choose to upgrade your product for something different, for example a larger load washing machine or a more up to date TV.

Fixing Appliances

No Repair Bills

When you rent from us all repairs are included in your fixed monthly rental.

That means no extra charges for call outs, parts or labour. If we can't repair your product we will exchange it for an equivalent model at no cost to you.

Washing Machine Parts

Fast Service

When your washing machine stops working or your fridge isn't getting cold you need it sorting quickly. With our rental service if you report a fault we aim to be with you the same or next day to repair or replace your product.

Laundry Dryer

Upgrade Regularly

Technology changes quickly and so do our needs. After the minimum period of hire our rental customers can choose to upgrade their products . Whether that's to the latest smart TV or a larger load size washing machine for a growing family. Just give us a call and we can arrange this for you.
